No Sugar Challenge Day 2 of 5

Today wasn’t such a bad day.

No cravings for sugar today. Probably because I was too busy with other things to focus on it.  Dr. Lisa said this is a behavioural hack – using a distraction.

Our house environment has been set up to support us during this no-sugar challenge:

  • No Halloween candy in the house until after the challenge
  • Prepared food ahead of time so we can eat something healthy when the craving strikes
  • Get the ultimate snack:  Guacamole and sliced mushrooms. Try it out!

Dr. Lisa Weeks recommended a chocolate avocado mousse as an alternative.  I’ll let you know how it goes:
