Dedicated to fitness and a healthy lifestyle, Jonathan incorporates the flexibility and adaptability needed to treat his clients on an individual basis. He understands and appreciates the limits of the human body, and how it can be pushed to attain personal goals. Jonathan’s comprehensive knowledge of anatomy, combined with his clinical assessment skills, allow him to determine the best course of treatment to address clients’ concerns. He enjoys offering the tranquility of a relaxation massage, however he tends to naturally work on the deeper side, manipulating structures such as connective tissue, tendons, joint capsules, bones, and muscles to relieve symptoms.
Active release, myofascial therapy, Swedish/deep tissue massage, trigger-point therapy, and pre/post-natal massage. He also has experience with HIV, spinal cord trauma, cardiac conditions, bone density issues, diabetes, sports injuries, and repetitive strain injuries.
