Our Bodies communicate to us clearly and specifically, if we are willing to listen. ~ Shakti Gawain
Jen has experienced the benefits of massage since a young age, starting with treating herself at the spa. As she became involved with dance, therapeutic massages became a regular thing to help with overall tightness and the occasional muscle strain. This first hand experience in massage as rehabilitation is part of what inspired Jen to become a massage therapist, and is what inspires how she treats.
Her goal is to get you back on the dance floor, or to the gym, or doing whatever it is you’re passionate about, as soon as possible! She enjoys giving a therapeutic treatment, focusing in on your particular areas of concern.

For the last 15 years, Jen’s passion has been dance. It started with Middle Eastern dance, ballroom dance, flamenco, and finally Latin dance! Once she was exposed to salsa music it led her to want to learn how to dance salsa, which then led her to want to learn Spanish. Jen also has a BA in German and Spanish, completing her last year of Spanish studies at the University of Havana, Cuba. When not working, you will find her sipping cortados, reading a book, or of course on the dance floor!
