Dr. Berenstein graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2004 and holds an honours degree in Biology and Kinesiology from York University. Dr. Berenstein is a licensed member of the College of Chiropractors of Ontario (CCO) and a member of the Canadian Chiropractic Association (CCA) and Ontario Chiropractic Association (OCA).
In addition to chiropractic, Dr. Berenstein is a certified Functional Range Conditioning mobility specialist (FRCms), Functional Range Release (FR) provider, certified in Graston Technique, Cold Laser Therapy, and Custom Orthotics.
Dr. Berenstein provides Diversified Chiropractic, and various manual therapy techniques and modalities, and emphasizes mobility training for rehabilitation and functional optimization. His diagnostic and assessment techniques blend orthopaedic testing with functional movement screens.
In 2005, Dr. B opened his own chiropractic practice working alongside a team of family physicians. He enjoys collaborating with each patient and his/her health team in order to provide the best treatment possible for his/her particular needs. In 2010, Dr. B moved his practice to Satori so he could collaborate with Satori’s excellent team of holistic health care providers. Today, Dr. B continues to welcome new patients with various health goals.
Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) is a unique method of exercise that enhances and recovers joint health and functional mobility. Dr. Berenstein emphasizes the functional rehabilitation of his patients using this system to enhance the impact of chiropractic and manual therapy methods for his patients.
